Football double bill on DVD last weekend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Damned Utd, which managed that rare thing of being as good as if not better than the book. Michael Sheen puts in a superb performance as Cloughie, ably supported by Colm Meany as Revie and Timothy Spall as Peter Taylor.

Awaydays on the other hand disappointed, unrealistic fight scenes and weak plot (even weaker than the book). Highly homo erotic so if thats your thing i suppose its worth a trip down to Blockbusters. Great soundtrack almost made the film worth watching.

Ha! I know the bloke you're on about!

Me and Griff have noticed Spally mooching about for a good few seasons now!

We've been blessed with many celebrity doppelgangers over the years. I've also seen Timothy Spall in addition to Bill Clinton, Nigel Pearson, Fabio Cappello and Emma Rigby.

The last one was the most convincing!

I was sat next to a Ken Bates look a like at Watford this season, smelly twat could have washed his replica shirt, had to spend 90 minutes leaning forward in the hope grabbing some fresh air in the breeze.
